Four Great Ways To Get Instant Relief From Constipation

The reality is that almost all people will experience constipation in some form in their life time. Often the cause of this constipation is brought about by poor lifestyle factors and choices such as a lack of exercise or lack of fiber in their diet. However, thankfully there are countless home remedies that help to relive a person from constipation.

1. Water

In the 21st century society seems to have shyed away from the plan often cloriantyied taste of good old fashioned H2o. The most common substitute being sugary drinks or just a general lake of fluid consumption in a individuals life. This is despite the fact that the recommended level of water consumption in a person's diet should be at least 8 glasses. This may seem like a large amount of water but the positive health benefits that it brings to a individuals health are vast. One of these positive health benefits include improved bowel movements caused basically be improved hydration of the colon. For improved bowel movements further, adding a simple squeeze of sour lemon to a moderately warm glass of water, twice a day has the positive health benefit of helping in cleansing a persons body of toxic chemicals found in the blood system. Whilst also just generally 'relaxing' a individuals body.

2. Vegetable Oil

Whilst this next constipation relief method might not sound all that pleasant, it does prove effective. Mix a single teaspoon of vegetable oil and a teaspoon of honey. This unlikely combination aids in returning moisture to where it its needed. However, whilst this home remedy might provide almost instant relief from constipation it should only ever be used as a irregular relief method. Excise consumption of vegetable oil will absorb vitamins found in the intestines, which ultimately leads to a individual suffering from vitamin defiances.

3.  linseed

This is my most favorite means of constipation relief almost over night. Linseed has two benefits to the human body. Firstly, when consumed it swells which has the effect of a gentle laxative. Whilst at the same time, linseed contains high amounts of fiber as well as fatty acids. The most appealing aspect of using linseed as a form of constipation relief is perhaps the easiness of consuming it. Some people opt to mix a teaspoon of it into water, mix and then drink. however, this is not pleasant, but is quick. The second option is to add a teaspoon of linseed to your morning breakfast (like you would with sugar). The later method is my personal method of consumption and is bearly noticeable on most cereals.

4. Carrot Juice

Yes thats right, constipation relief really is as simple as drinking juice. However, it might sound just as unpleasant as drinking vegetable oil & honey. It does however provide a extremely health option for relieving constipation, whilst at the same time making you more healthy overall. Simply blend and mix carrot and spinach together to create a 'drinkable' constipation relief. Both of which are high in dietary fiber essential to regular bowel movements.
